Officials with Yonkers Raceway have announced that the track will feature a $10,000 guaranteed pool for its Thursday (March 10) Pick 5 wager.

The wager will begin with both a $10,000 guaranteed pool and a tidy carryover of $3,1,84.85.

This is the first week that the guaranteed pool has been relocated from its previous Monday night residence.

The Pick 5 is a 50-cent base wager that comprises Races 7 through 11 during every racing program. It has no consolation payoff, meaning if no one selects all five winners (as was the case Tuesday afternoon), the entire pool (minus takeout) moves to the next program.
