Horsepeople are advised that racing applications for Tioga Downs’ 2016 meet of live harness racing meet are now available on the track’s website.

Applications are due to Jason Bluhm, the track’s director of racing, no later than March 15. Additionally, the barn area will open April 1.

Horsepeople are reminded of the new stabling incentive program at the track, which entitles owners and trainers of horses stabled on-track or at a local training facility approved by the Southern Tier Harness Horsemen's Association to purse bonuses (owners to receive a 15 per cent bonus; trainers five per cent) effective with a given horse's fourth seasonal start at Tioga.
