Callie Rankin worked out a two-hole trip for his prized pupil, and when room opened up in the late stages of the mile the seven-year-old son of Berndt Hanover had no problem getting to the finish line ahead of his rivals. He stopped the clock in 1:58.3 en route to defeating Indys Kylee and Loose Change Louie.
