The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono is busy preparing for their 50th Anniversary week, August 15-22.

The world-renowned Budweiser Clydesdales, former Major League baseball player and manager Pete Rose, a Legends Race, fireworks, and a free concert with a “Tribute to Motown” are just a few of the events surrounding this milestone for the Northeast Pennsylvania track.

The week-long festivities culminate with the $2.3 million Super Stakes Saturday on August 22, and anyone wishing to book a table at Pacer’s Clubhouse should call the Pennsylvania Harness Horsemen’s Association office as soon as possible at 570-831-2129.
