I first got to know Ted Turcotte as a little kid following my Dad around Connaught Park. Fast forward to 1982, we met again at Northlands Park in Edmonton. The easy going Ted could be seen strumming his guitar, singing Waylon Jennings songs, oh yeah, he also drove a horse for us, this was in the early eighties, he will be missed by many, my condelences to Rick,Sandy and kids.

Ted left a great impression in his years in Alberta as a skilled driver-trainer (a winner who probably would've liked to have seen more trotters in the west which would've allowed him to display even more of his vast skills and knowledge with a standardbred).
