The 2015 Alberta Standardbred Horse Association (ASHA) held its Annual General Meeting this past Saturday, April 18 in Calgary, Alberta and voted in a new Board of Directors.

The following is a list of the ASHA Board of Directors, voted in as of Saturday, April 18, 2015:

• Bill Andrew – Vice President (two year term) 2015-2017
• John Hind - Secretary Treasurer (two year term) 2015-2017
• Connie Kolthammer – Breeders Chairman (two year term) 2015-2017
• Rod Starkewski – Director (two year term) 2015-2017
• Sam Johnson – Director (two year term) 2015-2017
• Ryan Grundy – Director (two year term) 2015-2017

The following is a list of ASHA's returning Board of Directors, who will be completing their remaining terms (2015-2016):

• Norman Kennedy – President
• Diane Bertrand – Owners Chairman
• Brandon Campbell – Drivers/Trainers Chairman
• Jim Rhodes – Director
• Jamie Gray – Director

Stepping down from the Board of Directors or Breeders Committee:

• Jamie Gray – Breeders Committee
• Earla Sifert - Breeders Committee

ASHA would like to congratulate three new members of the Breeders Committee, voted in for a three year term, and who will join the current members Nick Sass, Diane Bertrand, Kathy Schmidt, Rod Hennessy, Sam Johnson and JF Gagne:
