Stiletto Hall Soars To Open Win
The win streak for Stiletto Hall is now four and counting thanks to an impressive, coast-to-coast score in Sunday’s $13,000 Open Pace at Fraser Downs.
The seven-year-old son of Blissfull Hall, who has successfully marched up the claiming ranks in recent weeks, was able to keep the ball rolling for trainer/driver Serge Masse despite making the move to the top pacing class offered at the British Columbia oval.
Masse motored to the lead with Stiletto Hall, who sped through panels of :28.3, :57.2 and 1:25.4 before stepping home in :29.3 for the 1:55.2 decision. El Rancho Relaxo was the runner-up in the eight-horse affair and Warrawee Iceman rounded out the top three.
Don M Jr Stables and Don Byrne Stables 2008 Inc. of Edmonton, AB share ownership on the 20-time winner, who has put together a 4-2-1 record in his first 11 starts of the season. He has banked more than $200,000 in lifetime earnings.
