The annual Atlantic Harness Racing Symposium is set to take place in Charlottetown from April 3-5 and will be

hosted by the Prince Edward Island Harness Racing Industry Association.

Rodds Royalty Inn will be the host hotel for the three-day session, with the annual awards banquet to be held at the Top of the Park dining room at Charlottetown Driving Park Entertainment Centre on April 4.

Wayne Pike, executive director of the PEIHRIA, says Rodds Royalty is offering a special convention rate of $91 (plus tax), and suggests delegates make reservations promptly by calling 1-800-565-7633. Tickets for the awards banquet are $35 and can be obtained by calling Pike at 902-569-1682.

The annual meetings of the Atlantic Standardbred Breeders and Maritime Breeders Association will be held during the afternoon of Saturday, April 4.

A full agenda for the conference will be released later this week.
