Sponsor: Horse Racing Alberta Breeding Improvement Program

Eligibility:

For 2 and 3-year-old pacers that are sired by a stallion registered with Alberta Standardbred Horse Association and standing in the Province of Alberta the entire year of breeding.

Foals must be nominated in their yearling year and sustaining payments must be made in their 2 and 3-year-old year to remain eligible to the Sires Stakes program.

The Alberta Sires Stakes are divided into elimination, final, or divisions events that are noted below.

$300 due at time of declaration

Fee Notes:

Make nomination fee payable and mailed to Standardbred Canada.
Payments can be made through SC Stakes Online by clicking here or by mail.
Envelopes must be clearly post-marked on or before the due date to be accepted.
If the due date falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, envelopes may be post-marked the next business day.
