Office of Racing Commissioner Michigan Department of Agriculture has announced that the following three administrative rules have been amended, effective February 25, 2009.

• R 431.1301 - Medications and Drugs; specifically furosemide (lasix).

• R 431.3090 - Horses; training hours; removal; age; breeding; specifically Maiden Age of Thoroughbreds.

• R 431.4205 - Weather-related track conditions.
