Trot Insider has learned that groom and Standardbred Canada member Ken Bailey, 83, passed away during the evening hours of Monday, July 21.

Kevin Gillis, owner of Little Wubbs, informed Trot Insider of Bailey’s passing. Gillis said that Bailey was the biggest horse racing fan that he has ever known.
