Horseman Kerry Davies passed away on his 70th birthday on Saturday, July 19 at Southlake Regional Health Centre Newmarket, with his family by his side.

Cherished and loving husband of Madeline. Proud and devoted father of Bradley (Suzi) and Karen (Jason). Worlds best PaPa to Charles, Sydney, Emma, Kyla and Jenna.

Brother of Donnette, Brent, Janie and Robin. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Alice Davies and his brothers Brian and Kent. Kerry will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A memorial race in Kerry's honour will be held on August 16 at Mohawk Racetrack. Kerry's family will present be in the trackside lounge for horsemen that would like to come by and pay respects, starting an hour before post time. Friends are welcome to join the family for dinner in the Mohawk dining terrace.
