Yonkers Raceway’s Tuesday card has been decimated by weather and weather-related (flooding) traffic issues, primarily at and around the George Washington Bridge.

A total of 22 scratches have been reported. Post time has been bumped from 7:10 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
