According to a report today by The Chronicle Herald, a second horse at Truro Raceway has tested positive for equine strangles.

The positive test comes after 15 or 16 quarantined horses at Truro Raceway were tested. "I don’t know the rest of the results yet," Hogan was quoted as saying.
