.
The report states Kentucky Horse Racing Commission investigators began seeing fake racetrack licenses. Apparently the holograms on the cards were slightly off.
The article states that labs were found at a residence and a convenience store. There was also a mobile lab in a van. The labs had been used to make fake resident alien cards, Social Security cards, driver's licenses and other forms of identification. Four or five people are reported as being arrested on federal counterfeiting charges, and two illegal immigrants were detained and deported.
