Sagamore Hill Pacing Series Begins
Yonkers Raceway’s stakes season continued Tuesday night, with the opening round of the Sagamore Hill Pacing Series.
The annual tribute to Teddy Roosevelt, for three- and four-year-old gentlemen who are/were non-winners of four races and/or $40,000 through last Dec. 1, offered up eight, $12,500 divisions.
Turns out that the last division (Touchdown Mindale) was also the swiftest (1:53.3), with the entire list of winners as such:
