All Standardbred owners, trainers, drivers wishing to be eligible for the BCSA membership and benefits must apply and pay membership dues before being eligible for any BCSA benefits

They include benefits such as the Scholarship Grants and Benevolent Fund benefits, etc.

Similarly, persons who are non-members will not be able to cast their ballot for a candidate of their choice in any election for board member positions vacant and up for election unless their membership is paid prior to February 15, 2009.

Suffice it to say that non-members do not have any input or influence on board decisions and matters that are, or should be, important to all.

Please come into the office and complete your Membership Application by February 15, 2009 and not risk being ineligible for the privilege of voting for board vacancies and services offered by the BCSA. The Membership cost is $20 per year.
