It is well known that some of the horse racing industry’s top equine athletes have made strong bonds with goats over the years. It is also a fact that ponies and offspring from other equine breeds have forged inseparable bonds with raceway stock. Trot Insider wants to know who your horse’s ‘best bud’ is.

As part of its ad campaign for the National Football League’s Super Bowl XLVIII, which will be played Sunday, February 2 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Budweiser commissioned the marketing/advertising agency Anomaly to create a 60-second television spot intertwined with the social media branding of #BestBuds.

As a report by Adweek explains, the commercial was produced and directed by Jake Scott of RSA Films and centres around the bond between a puppy and a Clydesdale that reside on nearby farms.
