The world of advertising is constantly evolving. Back in 1989, the first year of the O’Brien Awards, all of the ads in the souvenir O’Brien program were black and white.

Over the years, the program and the ads in it evolved and changed. Thanks to printing technology, the availability of digital images, and software programs like Photoshop, Quark, InDesign and Illustrator, the O’Brien program is now a four colour, slick, glossy magazine and a great keepsake of the event.
