It has been reported that the online gaming website that the province of Manitoba is currently missing its projected revenue targets.

An article by the CBC explains that the Manitoba Government had projected that the website would generate $1.5 million in net revenues in its first year of operation. Although, as the report states, after six months in operation, expenses to run the website were $1.5 million while it took in just $1.8 million.

The report states that revenues expectations for 2014 and 2015 are now being adjusted.

The article has quoted a Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries spokeswoman as saying that bingo games and lottery ticket sales were expected to be offered on the website during the six-month time period, but those wagering options took longer than expected to be offered.
