The ASHA reminds all members that missed last year’s yearling nominations that they have until January 31st to buy back into the Alberta Sires Stakes Program.

The policy states:

Commencing with 2007 foals, late yearling nominations for the Alberta Sire Stakes will be permitted. The deadline is January 31st, 2009. The fee is $500. Starting in 2009, yearlings that miss the initial nomination deadline will have two options to buy-back in: before July 31st, $250; December 31st, $500.
