John Campbell told Trot Insider this morning that, contrary to published reports, he has no plans to go to

Europe and drive in the Prix d’Amerique Sunday, January 25 at Vincennes, Paris, France.

Published reports from Europe had indicated that Campbell would be driving four-year-old mare Return Money in the prestigious event.

"I'm not sure where that news came from," said Campbell, who told Trot Insider that such plans were never in the works.

"It just goes to show that you can't believe everything that you read on the internet," he said.

Campbell has never driven in the Prix d’Amerique.
