The Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association will be presenting a proposal and having a discussion on potential changes to the Ohio County Fair Racing Program on Tuesday, September 17.

The discussion will take place in the OHHA & USTA Hospitality Tent at the Delaware County Fair on Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m.
