The winner will be chosen by this poll and will receive a $50 Fan Club swag package. The six monthly winners will be eligible to win a Grand Prize, which will include a $50 gift card to the racetrack of their choice and an enlargement of their winning photo framed or plaque mounted! Click here to vote now. Voting ends at 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, September 6.

We thank all of those who submitted photos and we look forward to seeing your future submissions.

Get Those iPhones and Cameras Out for the Next Challenge!

Our theme for the September Zoom Challenge will be “Kindred Spirits.” We are looking for images that show a special connection or bond between a person and a horse, or a horse and a farm friend. (goat, pony, dog, cat, etc.)

This is our last Zoom Challenge for the year, so get snappin!

You can use your camera or your smartphone but remember that photos should be a minimum of 72 dpi.

Photos are due by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30. A committee will select a handful of the best entries which will be included in a poll on SC’s website. Readers will then have the chance to vote for the photo they like the best. We’ll also post some of our favourite entries on our Pinterest page. Email your photos to [email protected].
