Bonus Offered For Sub-1:50 Performer

Alberta Downs owner Robert Allen is offering a significant bonus to any horse racing at the one-mile Lacombe, Alberta racetrack that can achieve a sub-1:50 mile in a race.
Allen will reward the connections of Alberta Downs' first sub-1:50 winner with a $5,000 bonus.
The current all-age track record stands at 1:50.2. The record was set by Alberta-sired three-year-old gelding Clintons Escape and trainer/driver Keith Clark on July 25, 2010 in the Brad Gunn Stakes.
