Veitch Decision Upheld In KY Again
It has been reported that on Friday, July 12, members of the Kentucky Personnel Board voted to uphold the firing of former Kentucky Horse Racing Commission Racing Steward John Veitch.
Veitch was fired from the KHRC in November of 2011 over the Life At Ten incident at the 2010 Breeders' Cup.
A report that appears on kentucky.com states that Veitch has the ability to appeal the decision to the Franklin County Circuit Court.
