The Standardbred Breeders of Ontario Association (SBOA) would like to remind all Ontario breeders of the upcoming public meetings the Horse Racing Industry Transition Panel will be holding next week.

These meetings will provide breeders, as well as all other sectors of Ontario’s horse racing and breeding industry, an opportunity to provide valuable input on the Transition Panel’s draft plan, entitled 'Toward a Sustainable Future - A Plan for Horse Racing in Ontario.'

All individuals and organizations with a vested interest in Ontario’s horse breeding industry are encouraged to attend.

The following public meetings run from 1-4 p.m. and are open to all interested parties:

MONDAY, JULY 8 – LONDON
• Western Fair District Raceway

TUESDAY, JULY 9 – TORONTO
• Woodbine Racetrack

WEDNESDAY, JULY 10 – AJAX
• Ajax Downs

THURSDAY, JULY 11 – OTTAWA
• Rideau Carleton Raceway
