Ake Svanstedt guided Sebastian K to victory in the prestigious Oslo Grand Prix on Sunday.

The field, reduced to nine starters after the early scratch of Arch Madness, was fronted early by Sebastian K as Svanstedt pointed the seven-year-old Korean-Gabriella K to the lead. From there, the duo stayed in command of the race and didn't let anyone by. Sebastian K held off a a fast-closing Nesta Effe by a length to capture the 2,100 metre, $261,000 CAD event. Swedish trotter Maharajah also closed well to grab the show spot. The time of the race was 1.12.8 kilometre rate (mile rate of 1:57.1).

Raja Mirchi finished fourth after making a miscue early and Viking Frecel was fifth. Commander Crowe raced first over during the middle of the race, unable to contest for the lead, before fading to last in the lane.
