Waxman's Operation Profiled

At just 29 years of age, Aaron Waxman has made a rather big name for himself in the standardbred racing industry. An article today in the Brantford Expositor spotlights his stable, led by Real Artist colt Dali, which will be contesting the $249,113 Matron Stakes Monday, December 3.

In the article, Waxman explains how he assembled his talented equine roster. He also shares some of his theories and cardinal rules to what makes a successful operation.

"My rule is that I don't want to pay more than $100,000 for any yearling," Waxman was quoted as saying. "I believe that our ability to make a profit lies in finding value while still getting strong pedigrees and good individuals which have genetics and conformation to potentially compete and win at the highest level."

I second that!
All the best for the upcoming race season.
I'm hoping to see Dali win Monday in the Final.
