Great to hear Chantal won
Great to hear Chantal won this award. She thoroughly deserved it.
As much as I would have liked to see SBSW getting consideration, Chantal accomplished more.
:)
Congratulations to Chantal
Congratulations to Chantal in winning the Lou Marsh Award as Canadian Athlete of the Year. She is has been a very dedicated and successful athlete for many years and is well-deserving of this honour.
Somebeachsomewhere was a worthy contestant and did us proud. The attention that he received on CBC's National News and in the national newspapers was wonderful for his new breeding career and for racing in general. Good press is always welcome in a time when only the negative news seems to get any media attention.
I for one am glad the award
I for one am glad the award went to a person, and not an animal. JMHO.
