Last Call For Your Shot At $100,000
There are still a few spots remaining in Standardbred Canada’s Breeders Crown Fantasy Draft scheduled for this Thursday night. The winner will receive entry into the 2013 World Harness Handicapping Championship on Saturday, April 13 at the Meadowlands Racetrack featuring an estimated $100,000 prize pool.
The draft will take place on Thursday, October 18 at the offices of Standardbred Canada at 2150 Meadowvale Blvd. in Mississauga. Players must be able to check in by 6:00 p.m. with the draft kicking off at 6:30 p.m. sharp.
The cost to enter will be $50. There will be a maximum of 40 players. In addition to the Grand Prize of earning a spot in the WHHC, the winner will receive 75% of the total prize pool. The runner up will receive 25%.
Players will draft six (6) horses, one (1) trainer and one (1) driver competing in the 2012 Breeders Crown eliminations and finals on October 19, 20 and 27. Players will receive points based on the official finishing positions for their horses, drivers and trainers in the Breeders Crown elimination races and finals.
