The Maritimes Provinces Harness Racing Commission has announced that it has signed off on another first-race post time change at one of the tracks under its jurisdiction.

First-race post time at Fredericton Racetrack on Tuesday, September 18 had been 7:00 p.m., but it has been moved forward to 4:00 p.m.
