Yonkers Raceway has announced that it will be making changes to its condition sheet
effective Monday, February 2, 2009.

They will no longer card non-winners of $2,000 in last six starts events, and the new minimum base claiming price shall be $7,500. No horse showing less than a $7,500
claiming line in its last 10 starts is to be permitted to participate at Yonkers Raceway.

The non winners of $3,000 in last six starts class shall exclude horses who have not earned at least $2,000 in their last six starts.
