The PEI Harness Racing Industry Association and the Matinee Racetracks will combine to hold their annual dinner and awards banquet on Wednesday, December 3.

The banquet will take place in the dining room of the Charlottetown Driving Park and Entertainment Centre, with social hour from 6 to 7 p.m. and dinner and awards starting at 7 p.m.
