After taking on some of the finest pacers in Atlantic Canada throughout the season, Twin B Tuffenuff will look to return to the winner’s circle on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at Red Shores at the Summerside Raceway.

The Prince County oval has a 13-dash presentation starting at 6 p.m. (AST), with a $7,150 Preferred Handicap taking centre stage in race 12.

Twin B Tuffenuff is the 5-2 morning line favourite from post five with Gilles Barrieau in the bike for trainer Ron Matheson and owner Patrick Morris of Charlottetown, P.E.I. The 11-year-old son of Rock N Roll Heaven-In The Pink has three wins and five seconds from 19 starts this season with $30,458 in earnings. He was second to Arbitrage Hanover in his latest outing on Oct. 18 at Charlottetown after competing in the $50,000 Premier’s Cup on Oct. 10. The veteran pacer has banked $860,304 lifetime with 54 career victories.

Freemans Legacy, trained and driven by Jaycob Sweet, has the outside post six after winning a $6,600 conditioned feature at Summerside on Oct. 27. The five-year-old Pang Shui-Camco Terra gelding is a nine-time seasonal winner.

Malevolent is another top contender from post two for trainer/driver Paul Langille. Sauble Attack (Ken Murphy) has rail control for trainer Paul Biggar while the Phil Sizer-trained Brookdale Johnny (Corey MacPherson) and Fast Louie (David Dowling) from the Mike Ramsay stable complete the six-horse field.

The "Post Time Picks" likes Twin B Tuffenuff to get the job done in the featured event: “Twin B Tuffenuff has been battling some of the toughest pacers in Atlantic Canada all season and gets a much more favourable assignment here. He was a strong second to Arbitrage Hanover in his latest outing and has proven he can compete with the best on the East Coast. With Barrieau back in the bike and a class edge over most of this field, we think the veteran gets back to the winner’s circle in Summerside.”
