Atlantic Classic Yearling Sale Set For Friday

The 2026 Atlantic Classic Yearling Sale will take place Friday, Oct. 9 at 11 a.m. (ADT) at the Crapaud Exhibition Grounds, in Crapaud, P.E.I. There will be a Yearling Preview for perspective buyers on Thursday, Oct. 8 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (ADT) at the same location. 

The 2026 catalogue features 156 yearlings from seven jurisdictions: Atlantic Canada, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Ontario and Pennsylvania. It includes first crop stallions Beach Glass, Carbine, Lawless Shadow and Twin B Tuffenuff.

Online bidding will be offered through Digital Livestock Marketing Systems (DLMS), and the sale will be livestreamed on Universum Media Channel 2 on YouTube. To bid online, buyers should visit the Atlantic Classic Sale website’s online bidding registration page, create or sign in to a DLMS account, select Buyer Approval, and click Sign Up for the Atlantic Classic Sale. Bidders should register early and confirm that their status shows approved before sale day. On Oct. 9, bidders can then sign in to DLMS site, select View Sale for the Atlantic Classic Sale, enter the webcast, and use the bid button to participate.
