The Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission (MPHRC) is now accepting proposed rule changes for consideration for the 2027 racing season.

The Commission encourages all industry participants and stakeholders to provide input by submitting proposed amendments to existing MPHRC Rules of Racing or suggestions for new rules. All submissions received will be forwarded to the Rule Changes Committee for review and consideration as part of the Commission's 2027 rule review process.

Proposed rule changes must be submitted to the MPHRC office no later than Nov. 15, 2026 to be considered. The submission form is available here. Email completed submissions to [email protected].

The Commission encourages participants and stakeholders throughout the Maritime harness racing industry to take this opportunity to provide input and help identify areas where the Rules of Racing may be clarified, updated, or improved.
