Untold Story remained undefeated in Prospect Series company as he captured one of two $10,000 Leg 5B divisions for two-year-old male pacers on Sunday, Sept. 20 at Flamboro Downs.

The colt had his nose on the gate for Jody Jamieson and charged into the first turn with the lead before releasing Mark The Mechanic (Austin Sorrie), then stepped back to command past a :28.2 opening fraction. Untold Story carried an unopposed advantage through the half in :59.1 and down the backside but came under fire as Got The Moves (Samuel Fillion) shed a stalling outer tier from third over and rushed into contention to three-quarters in 1:29. Untold Story accelerated and shrugged that rival off at the top of the lane, then cruised home to victory by 2-1/4 lengths in 1:58. Got The Moves held second, followed by Mark The Mechanic.

Untold Story is four-for-eight, with all four victories in the Prospect Series for trainer Carl Jamieson and owner Hutt Racing Stable of Malvern, Pa. The Bettors Delight-Unred Hanover colt has now earned $25,580. He paid $2.70 to win.

The Dancers King ($18.60) recovered from an early break and circled the field to win the other colt division by a length in 1:58.1 for driver Scott Coulter. Guy Gagnon trains the Century Farroh-Century Iris gelding.

Th Penelope ($2.20) took her third Prospect Series win with a rallying 1:57.1 effort for trainer Pamela Goodale. Mark MacDonell drove the Control The Moment-Caritas Easel filly to the 3-1/4-length score in the second group of fillies.

Lyons Bentley ($7.60) won the first filly split by a neck with Coulter at the lines for Ken Oliver. The daughter of Cattlewash-Hope For Paddy stopped the timer in 1:58.

Saddle Up Sister ($13.80) went on a first-over grind to a 1:57.2 victory in the final distaff division. Paul MacKenzie steered the daughter of Cattlewash-Lets Head Out West to the half-length victory for trainer Dr. Ian Moore.
