The deadline to register foals for the Standardbred Breeders & Owners Association of New Jersey's 2026 Resident Mare Rebate Program is Saturday, Oct. 31.

The SBOANJ's resident mare rebate for 2026 is $1,000 USD, designated for mares who reside in New Jersey 150 days, inclusive of foaling.

The SBOANJ encourages early registration of foals. The United States Trotting Association foal registration must be included along with the application and sent to the SBOANJ no later than Oct. 31. 

Participants must be a current SBOANJ member and have a current W9 on file in order to receive the resident mare awards money.
