Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park and the P.E.I. Harness Racing Industry Association have postponed the live racing presentation scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026. The decision is due to the special weather statement issued for Prince Edward Island calling for heavy periods of rain and high winds.

The program, featuring the P.E.I. Standardbred Horse Owner’s Association Driving Championship and Horseperson’s Day along with National Caretaker Appreciation Day presented by Standardbred Canada, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026. First post time is 6 p.m. (ADT)
