Driver Ridge Warren had a night to remember when he took seven horses to the winner’s circle including Selinas Choice in the featured $16,667 Summer Pop-Up Series final for pacing fillies and mares at Tioga Downs on Friday, Aug. 14.

Following a dominant 6-1/2-length romp in 1:52.4 last week in the series, Selinas Choice ($2.10) delivered as the overwhelming favourite in the final winning in 1:54 by 2-1/2-lengths over Mimosa On The Key (Jim Pantaleano) and Wicked Cruizer (Jim Taggert Jr.). The five-year-old Courtly Choice-Selinas Joy mare is trained by Joe Pavia Jr. and owned by Pennsylvania's Bay Pond Racing Stable.

Warren drove Selinas Choice during a stretch of five straight wins in races five through nine. He won a total of seven of the 11 races on Friday to tie the track record for most wins in one night by a driver.

Warren's other Friday night winners were She B Crazy ($2.68) for trainer Gary Gibson, Berry Road ($7.32) for James Rothfuss, Woodmere Harriet ($2.72) for Todd Warren, Sonofabusinessman ($16.46) for Brianne Sinclair, Camco Lucas ($4.48) for Kevin Reynolds Jr., and Breeze Inheritance ($2.90) for Dustin Miller. 

Live harness racing returns to Tioga Downs on Saturday, Aug. 15 at 6:15 p.m.
