K T Part E gave her fans plenty to celebrate on Thursday, Aug. 13 at Running Aces by delivering her third straight win in the top class for pacing mares — her sixth win in her last seven starts.

Sent off as the overwhelming 1-20 favourite from post six in the $22,222 Fillies & Mares Open Handicap Pace, K T Part E floated away wide in fourth during the opening eighth of a mile for driver Brady Jenson while Premier Desirey (driven by Dean Magee) and Miss May Bell (with Nick Roland) battled for the first call.

Premier Desirey relegated Miss May Bell to the pocket and then K T Part E came looking for the lead as they registered a :27.1 opening stanza.

K T Part E made the front just before the three-eighths marker and was well settled as they rounded past the half in :56.1.

Down the backstretch Mother Mary and Rick Magee tried a first-over bid from fourth, providing cover to Wish I Had Thyme (Luke Plano).

Jenson turned up the speed as they headed for the far turn and K T Part E was well in command as they rolled past the three-quarter mark in 1:24.  

Premier Desirey shook free from the pocket in the homestretch and tried to come after the leader, but K T Part E had plenty in reserve and kicked clear for a 1-3/4 length tally in 1:51.2 while Miss May Bell picked up the pieces late for third money.  

K T Part E is a four-year-old daughter of Cattlewash out of Fine China, trained and owned by Jenson of Washington, Pa. She now shows 20 wins from just 37 career starts with earnings of $209,555. She returned $2.10 on a $2 win wager.

Drivers Mooney Svendsen, Brady Jenson and Nick Roland all had doubles on the program while Quentin Schneider and Roland each posted two training wins.

Live harness racing returns to Running Aces on Sunday, Aug. 16 for a special "Whatever It Takes Race Night" which will feature a field of seven in the the $35,000 USD 2026 Steve Wiseman Memorial Trot. The night will benefit The Colon Cancer Coalition in memory of Wiseman. Sunday is also "Pepsi Family Night" and will feature specials and kid's activities, a T-shirt giveaway, trout fishing, food trucks, a handicapping contest and more.

Sunday's 12-race program starts at 6 p.m. (CDT).
