The Meadowlands announced on Tuesday, July 14 an amendment to its August stakes schedule.

Due to NFL pre-season games on Aug. 14 and Aug. 28, stakes races previously scheduled on those dates will be moved.

The New Jersey Home Grown Pace for two-year-olds (colts & fillies), scheduled for Friday, Aug. 14, will be moved to Saturday, Aug. 15.

The fourth leg of the Kindergarten Series for two-year-olds and the New Jersey Standardbred Development Fund finals for three-year-old trotters, previously scheduled for Friday, Aug. 28, will move to Saturday, Aug. 29.
