Due to the extreme heat, live harness racing and qualifiers at Yonkers Raceway has been cancelled for Thursday, July 2 for the health and safety of the horses and horsepeople.

The draw for Wednesday, July 8 will still take place. The entry box closes at 3 p.m.

Live racing is scheduled to resume at Monday, July 6.
