Yonkers Raceway has announced that it plans to Wednesday evening racing effective November 5, 2008.

It will revert to a five-night-per-week live harness schedule until further notice.

Live racing programs which get underway at 7:40 p.m. will be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in addition to Saturday evening cards, which will commence at 6:50 p.m.

Horsemen should note that with the conclusion of Wednesday racing, the entry box for Monday cards now closes Wednesdays at 9 a.m. (effective with the card of Monday, November 10), while scratch/change time for Saturdays goes to Wednesday at 10 a.m. (effective with the card of Saturday, November 8).
