A moderately-priced, Ontario-sired yearling with some pacing blood in his pedigree, when Mark Steacy and his father picked Majestic Son out as a yearling they weren’t exactly thinking ‘Horse of the Year’ candidate. After their Angus Hall colt defeated the U.S. Triple Crown winner, Glidemaster, in the Goodtimes, Canadian Trotting Classic and Breeders Crown however, that’s exactly what they ended up with following the 2006 racing season.
