Doug Arthur may have been a licensed horse trainer and driver, but he was known just as much - if not more - as a ‘developer’ of young horses. The man who selected and developed horses like Cam Fella, Justin Passing, Bo Knows Jate and Kingsbridge - to name just a few - probably developed and sold more good, young horses than anyone in the business, and his affinity to do so has landed him in the Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame.
