The 2026 racing season at Dresden Raceway gets underway on Sunday, May 24, with another summer of live harness racing and community events planned throughout the meet.

The Little Saratoga Pacing Series begins on June 7, with the Little Saratoga Final taking place on June 21 during the annual Father’s Day card at the races.

On July 12, Dresden hosts Harness the Hope in support of breast cancer awareness while also welcoming three-year-old pacing fillies in Ontario Sires Stakes Grassroots action.

Kids’ Day at the races takes place July 19, celebrating young racing fans and families with a fun afternoon at the track.

The season concludes on Aug. 3 with the final day of racing and Black Heritage Day.

Also returning this season is the Inside Harness Contest. Fans can register through Inside Harness for a chance to win a $100 prize. Contest selections must be submitted by 1 p.m. on Sundays.

Throughout the season, fans can enjoy live harness racing, giveaways, free admission and free parking at Dresden Raceway. First post time for the afternoon cards is 1 p.m.
