ORDC Online Contest Now Open!

Ontario Regional Driving Championship online contest open!

Standardbred Canada has organized an online contest for the 2026 Ontario Regional Driving Championship (ORDC) that will be taking place at The Raceway at Western Fair District on Tuesday, May 5, going to post at 5:50 p.m.

The contest features a series of questions based on the ORDC races. Each question is worth a predetermined number of points. The contestant who earns the most points (out of 20) will be declared the winner. 

The winner will receive a $50 HPI credit and 125 TrackIT credits. 

Here are the 2026 contest questions:

  • Select the post position that will return the highest number of wins from the ORDC races. (4 points)
  • Select the driver that you think will win the first ORDC race. (4 points)
  • Select the ORDC race that will have the greatest margin of victory. (4 points)
  • Select the driver that you think will win the ORDC. (4 points)
  • Select the runner-up for the ORDC. (4 points) 

The contest will close Tuesday, May 5 at 5 p.m. (EST).  Click here for the contest rules. 

Drivers receive points based on their official finish position in each ORDC race. The two drivers with the most points will advance to the National Driving Championship at Clinton Raceway in Clinton, Ont. on Sunday, July 26.

The nine drivers will participate in nine competition races. Each race will have a field of eight and each driver will compete in eight races, drive from every post position, and sit out for one race.

The first ORDC race takes place in Race 3 on the 11-race card. The ORDC races will take place in Races 3 through 11.
