Red Shores announced on Monday, April 13 that Five Eleven Hospitality Inc. will assume operations of the West End Bar & Grill restaurant at Red Shores Summerside.

Red Shores stated that Five Eleven Hospitality Inc. is a local restaurant operator with a proven record of high-quality establishments in Prince Edward Island, and will enhance the offerings and restaurant experience for its guests.

The new restaurant will open in the coming weeks, offering full service, a refreshed menu and extended service hours.

The live harness racing season kicks off at Red Shores at the Summerside Raceway on Monday, May 18. Post time is 12:30 p.m. (ADT).
